Recently, i had a car accident at double line... this happened after come out from office basement car park, it only one way go and on way back, in the middle had double line, but problem is when i take the right hand side way to go back, one of the car illegal park there and block my way to go, so i decide to cut out the return way. when i fully passby the CAR A, i saw CAR B making a U turn infront of me (still in the double line way). i saw CAR B reverse and also stop and block my way, so i decide to continue use the return way to passby only cut back to the right going way but when i had 80% passby, this CAR B crash my back from left behind of my car... May i know whose false of it? Hai, may i throw in my headache Q here?
