If he is a legal instructor, with proper documents and an S.M.2 certificate to teach, he should then be registered with the state J.P.J. authorities. Tell your present instructor, give him a week's grace to produce your "L" to you. Failing which, inform your instructor, you have no choice but to inform the J.P.J. about it.
