Can my friend convert the P licence to competent licence by going to JPJ without me being there. Is it possible, or a private driving instructor can do this on behalaf of me? Just a concern question, will I get a summon if so happen I was stopped at a random roadblock at 21st December 2011 ?
Also, if I am able to do it at the 16th December 2011, can I do it ?
