I just had a minor accident today around 3pm. He hits in front of my car while taking a left turn while I’m heading slowly to d edges of a small t-junction. My fog
Ight is broken with a little paint crack n kemek on d bumper. I doesn’t insisted at first to lodge police report, neither him too. He wants me to agreed only to his appointed workshop so that later he will pay just to them la ( ‘appointed workshop’) I initially agreed on this. But then after knowing I would be in trouble having no transport to work (after d workshop man tell me maybe it takes 2-4days to fix it) I said it would be better if he can pays me approximate to that cost e.g rm500 and I fixed it at my around home workshop coz I need to arrange to rent another car for work. He seems to refuse my suggestion. Am I wrong? Or what exactly he’s thinking of me, should I still report to the police station?
