I was involved in an accident very recently. It was in Cameron Highlands, on a holiday. I am holding a P license which expires in 1 month. I was charged with Rule 3(2)(b) LN166/59 Kegagalan Memberi Laluan. I was a minor accident, no injuries. I was summoned with RM300. I just want to know the demerit points on my P license. Will it be suspended? I’ve checked with your earlier posts and found no matching references to it. Thanks in advance
