Someone have knocked my front left bumper. He has agreed to pay me after i get a quotation from my mechanic. But i am only able to get a quotation after 4 days due to alot of work. Problem is, what if he decided not to pay me later on? Can i still make a police report later on, eventho 24 hours have passed. Will there be any fine?
