Though I’m not the one driving, I am the car owner which made me responsible for the summon. However, I am not sure who was driving my car at that time. And as of now, there is no telling on by how fast was the car being driven. I am willing to pay the summon but I was wondering if my P license will be revoke due to the demerit system. Thank you.
