When using your instructor's car, you are able to perform all your parking, slope and 3 point manoeuvres, as you are used to the vehicle. During tests, a completely different car is used and as such you are not accustomed to it and therefore you can't perform well enough. Don't be discouraged. Persevere and I'm sure you'll succeed eventually. If you are not confident, cancel your next test and learn your parking and slope a few more times.
