You can't stick an L sticker on your brother's car. You can only learn driving via a driving school's vehicle.

Hi Mr. Yap,

I have an "L" license but i don't have a car.

1. Can i stick my "L" sticker on my brother's car which i'm going to drive?
2. If i am to drive my brother's car with the "L" license on the road, will i have problem if i get stopped by the traffic police and ask to show my license?

Thank you.

During my test, after I crossed the slope I went to the parking area without stopping. Someone shouted in Malay. I could not understand, then he said to collect my documents from the office near the slope. I collected it and then returned to my car. Then, after I parked, raised my hand, however the official was telling me something that I could not understand or hear sitting inside the car. I just picked up one word "tire". Then straightened the tire. When I went to the officer at the parking area, he said me I failed as I took 20 seconds more! My questions are:
1. Should I stop after climbing up and down successfully the slop to collect my documents?
2. How could I apply against such rude behaviors? I don't understand Malay as I am here in Malaysia only for 2 months. Such worse behavior is really objectionable.

I already passed by road test.

I am an Assistant Professor with Ph.D., recently moved to Malaysia from other country. I didn't bring any driving license, hence, I am facing trouble and had to go for these tests, which are absolutely ridiculous and has little connection with driving. These seem more like psychological test or playing with kids.
