There aren’t too many words on your license.. Do the translation yourself. Show the English translation to the foreign authorities for the perusal.

I’m 17 this year and I wonder if it is possible for me to learn driving in Malaysia without the intention to obtain driver’s license. I plan to obtain it in Singapore when I’m 18.

The reason why I’m planning to learn how to drive in Malaysia is that the fees here are undeniably cheaper.

I’m not here to study or work. In short, you can consider me as a tourist. =)

Hope to see your reply soon!

Thanks.

Yes, you can change to another state. Ideally get:
1) Confirmation letter from present institute.
2) Also get your state’s letter of confirmation that you’re currently learning there.
3) Go personally.

Best of luck.

Do I need to have a release letter from my current driving school that give permission for me to move to other school? how long i have to wait for their approval?

thank you

Looks as if you have found an instructor who seems unsuitable for you. Instructors come in all sort and sizes, so to say.

You can change your driving school by all means. There’s nothing to stop you.
