There aren’t too many words on your license.. Do the translation yourself. Show the English translation to the foreign authorities for the perusal.

I would like to know how do I get a translation letter thru online after license renewal? is that other way to get the driving licesen translation letter instead of go to JPJ? currently I’m away from Malaysia and located in NZ. appreaciated your promptly reply. thanks

The reason why I’m planning to learn how to drive in Malaysia is that the fees here are undeniably cheaper.

Yes, you can change to another state. Ideally get:
1) Confirmation letter from present institute.
2) Also get your state’s letter of confirmation that you’re currently learning there.
3) Go personally.

Looks as if you have found an instructor who seems unsuitable for you. Instructors come in all sort and sizes, so to say.

You can change your driving school by all means. There’s nothing to stop you.
