As you have not attended the 1st court case, it is up to the relevant authorities what they contravened a serious offence. Anyway, see the JPJ authorities to inquire if your blacklisting can be lifted. For your information, certain offences have to appear before the courts.

I just went back from outstation recently, and found my car been blacklisted, the JPJ office at Cheras asked me to re-attend the court which i already missed, are there anything i can do to settle the blacklist without attending the court?

I read Mr Ong’s son case in this blog which your settled for him, you never mention to re-attending the court, i’m kind of confused…

Normally, you’ll have to pay for the warrant of arrest. It is about RM200 plus outstanding summons. Talk to the authorities which summoned you about it.

I did make a call to related department, and what they told me was just pay the summon as soon as possible. Future i ask, how about the warrant. the guys reply me that once i make payment i can just ignore the warrant. It that true?

after that, i make another call to the department again. The other guy talk to me. he told me i need to go counter to make payment but it may can be that i cant pay my summon over there cause it may bring to the court dy. That what he told me. My question is, according to my friend, he said once they come out warrant mean there is no other way to settle have to go court. Is it true?? According to my sister’s friend he told me, even i process to counter it may tell me to pay and have to go court.

My next questions is, I check my summon via Myeg, the status show normal, no blacklist, no warrant expiry date, i can process to make payment and i read all the information, Myeg it is updated by the PDRM server which mean they are link right? so that i can just pay via Myeg to settle that. Am i right?

thanks for reply…..
