Transfer form JPJK3 has to be duly signed by buyer and seller. An agreement has to be made out by you and the buyer. Preferably have it stamped to make it legal. As monthly installment will be paid by buyer, do not hand over vehicle until all payments are paid. This will then be followed by handing over the JPJK3 form.

Transfer of names in vehicle card not made by bank, but by buyer himself later on. Banks / insurance company not involved in your dealings at all.

Currently i’m planning to sell off my car but due to market price lower eventually i still need to pay back bank if i sell it. Therefore i found a guy offerred me that he would like to continue the monthly installment but things need to be done is both parties have to walk in JPJ to get the form JPJK3 filled up and both parties personally sign agreement letter saying that this car is now belong to his name and so on…. and the guy also highlighted that after the process done, the car still under my name, and he just continue the monthly installment until clear off and the bank will automatically transfer my name to his. These created doubts as if in between these documents are regconised by bank or insurance company to secure myself.

Please advise Thanks

It’s always best to get an IDL prior to going overseas. No test required. License for 1 year is RM150.

Understood that International license would be needed. Do i need to sit for driving test to obtain an international license?
