Thank you for such a resourceful info. I have a daughter who is 18 and wants to learn to drive. She lives in KUL since she was 7 but she is holds a foreign passport. How can she learn to drive? What is the first thing she should do? Can you recommend me to a driving school website where i can get a package deal for her to learn how to drive and get her license? how much does it cost?
