All cars prior to be used for test are tested by officials. However, there might be a few which break down after the test begin. Testers have to test a lot of students each day. Try to understand their composure from time to time.

I did not really read your article but did quickly glanced through. Im happy that the condition has improved for our ‘up-coming-drivers-to-be’ Unfortunately i was informed that the JPJ personnel in charge of ‘testing’ students were rather rude in their way of communication and that this particular car no.21, used by students for their test is not road worthy. I am not here t judge but was surprised by this remarks. There must be some truth because it did not come just from one single student. Thank you for reading my comments.
