Dear Cikgu Yap,
I’m really at dead end on what to do. I hope you can help me. I sold my car in 2013 to my neighbour whom I thought I can trust. Apparently Puspakom test failed but he refused to return the car to me saying that he can still transfer ownership. Until toady the car is still in my name and recently I received parking summons which he has not paid yet. I am thinking of going to JPJ to explain to them my situation and whether there is any way I can change ownership. Cikgu Yap, I really need your advise on this matter. I hope you can advise me on what steps I can take to safeguard myself. Appreciate your reply soon. Thank you.

Hi Cikgu Yap,

I am a 55 years old woman who has been holding a valid driving licence for more than 20 years, but has never driven any car until recently. Now, I am able to drive to the shops nearby my house. I have not tried driving to roundabouts and the highways yet but I am keen to learn. I own a auto Hyundai Atos car which I bought more than 10 years ago. I stay in Section 27, Shah Alam and work in KL. Is it possible for you to recommend a driving instructor for me?
