The Form PCB2 of the Inland Revenue Board Of Malaysia or Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) is actually meant for employer.

The borang is the Employer’s Statement on Payment of Tax.

The form has to be submitted with the following information:

• Name of employee
• Employee identity card number
• Employee income tax number
• Staff number
• Employer number
• Month Tax Deduction information
