When you’ve change employment in Malaysia, it is best you update your past employment history to the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) or the Inland Revenue Board Of Malaysia for the purpose of monthly tax deduction or Potongan Cukai Bulanan (PCB).

To do that, you will need to fill the Form PCB/TP3.

Borang PCB/TP3 is a Form of Information Related to Employment with Previous Employer.

In Bahasa Malaysia, it is known as Borang Maklumat Berkaitan Penggajian Dengan Majikan-majikan Terdahulu Dalam Tahun Semasa Baki Tujuan Potongan Cukai Bulanan (PCB).

Inside the form, you are required to fill in the following information:

• Name of past employer
• Employer number
• Your name
• Identity card number
• Income tax number
• Past PCB information
