The Jabatan Pengangkuatan Jalan (JPJ) K8 form is required to be filled and submitted if you are planning to change or modify certain aspect of your registered vehicle data or information.

For example, if you want to change your car engine, you have to submit the borang K8 to JPJ.

In Bahasa Malaysia, the document is known as Borang Pindaan (Pertukaran) Data Kenderaan Dan Pemilik Berdaftar.

The form will require the following:

• Vehicle registration number
• New data or number for engine, chassis, fuel, colour, usage, weightage etc.
