If you are a professional or expert in your chosen field, you may have been hired by a company or organisation to work in Malaysia as an expatriate.

But before you can legally work in Malaysia, you have to submit your Application Of Expatriate Personnel to the Malaysian Immigration Department or the Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia.

• Company’s nature of business
• Commencement date
• Number of officers in the company
• Company’s share
• Equity structure
• Your job description
