Form CP207 is actually a Remittance Slip for Companies, Co-operative Societies or Trust Bodies that you have to submit to the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) or the Inland Revenue Board Of Malaysia.

It is a simple slip which you have to fill in the following information:

• Income tax number
• Payment code
• Installment number
• Year of assessment
• Payment amount
• Name and postal address
• Reference number
• Cheque number
• Name of bank
• Telephone number
• Date
