If you are planning to apply for an international drivers license or driving permit in Malaysia, one of the form you will need is the Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) L1 form.

For your application, the documents required are:

  • JPJ L1 form
  • Original Competent Driver’s License (CDL) plus a photocopy
  • Original identity card plus a photocopy
  • Original passport
  • Two One passport size colour photos

    Latest update is, only need 1 color photo. And you have to provide photocopy of IC and driver’s license.
