The Jabatan Pengangkuatan Jalan (JPJ) K1 form has to be filled if you are planning to register a motor vehicle in Malaysia.

In Bahasa Malaysia, the document is known as Borang Permohonan Pendataran Kenderaan Motor.

The form will list out the vehicle details such as:

• Registration number
• Engine number
• Chasis number
• Owner’s details
• Vehicle weightage
• Applicant’s declaration
