The Jabatan Pengangkuatan Jalan (JPJ) TM-AB form is used during the process of Transfer of Vehicle Ownership whereby the current owner and / or new owner are not present during the document submission process.

In Bahasa Malaysia, the document is known as Borang Penyaksian Pengesahan Identiti Pemunya Berdaftar / Pemuya Baru.

The form will include the following:

• Current owner’s identity card photocopy (Front and back)
• New owner’s identity card photocopy (Front and back)

The form has to be verify, signed and rubber stamped by a JPJ officer or section court judge.
