In order to claim your vehicle insurance, first you have to download the Motor Takaful Claim form or Borang Tuntutan Takaful Kenderaan.

You would have to fill following information into the form:

• Types of claim
• Details of accident
• Details of participant
• Details of driver
• Details of third party damages or injury
• Declaration by participant or claimant
